3. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
3.1 Types of Technologies Used
We use the following categories of cookies and tracking technologies on the Site:
Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential for the Site to function properly. These cannot be disabled.
Analytics Cookies: We use Google Analytics (or similar analytics services) to collect anonymized, aggregate information about how visitors use the Site. This helps us improve the Site’s performance and user experience. Analytics data may include pages visited, session duration, bounce rate, and general geographic region.
3.2 Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies to help us analyze how visitors use the Site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the Site is generally transmitted to and stored on Google’s servers in the United States.
Google may use this information to evaluate your use of the Site, compile reports on website activity, and provide other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf.
Google Analytics Opt-Out: You may prevent the collection and use of data generated by Google Analytics cookies by downloading and installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, available at: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
For more information about Google’s privacy practices, visit: https://policies.google.com/privacy
3.3 Managing Cookies
Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You may set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, some parts of the Site may become inaccessible or not function properly.
3.4 Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control Signals
Some browsers include a “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) feature that signals to websites that you do not want your online activity tracked. Because there is no uniform standard for interpreting DNT signals, the Site does not currently respond to DNT browser signals or headers.
Global Privacy Control (GPC): We recognize and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid opt-out request under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), the Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA), and other applicable state privacy laws. When we detect a GPC signal from your browser, we will treat it as a request to opt out of the “sharing” of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can learn more about GPC at https://globalprivacycontrol.org.
3.5 Technologies We Do NOT Use
For the avoidance of doubt, the Site does not employ: session replay or screen recording software; identity resolution services (such as Retention.com, FullStory, or similar tools); browser fingerprinting or device fingerprinting techniques; cross-device tracking; pixel tracking or advertising pixels (such as Meta Pixel, Google Ads, or similar); or any tracking technology beyond the analytics cookies expressly described in this Section 3.

(g) Business Operations: For any other purpose with your consent or as otherwise described to you at the time of collection.
5. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share information we collect in the following limited circumstances:
5.1 Service Providers

These service providers are contractually obligated to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us and are required to maintain the confidentiality and security of your information.
5.2 Legal Obligations and Protection of Rights
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) comply with a legal obligation, court order, subpoena, or legal process; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Fanrock; (c) prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Site; (d) protect the personal safety of users of the Site or the public; or (e) protect against legal liability.
5.3 Business Transfers

We may share your personal information for any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information or with your consent.
6. DATA RETENTION
We retain the information we collect for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Analytics data is retained in accordance with our analytics provider’s standard retention periods. To determine the appropriate retention period for personal information, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure, the purposes for which we process the information, whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and applicable legal requirements.
7. DATA SECURITY
We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to protect the information we collect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL), access controls, and regular security assessments.
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. You acknowledge and accept that any transmission of information to us is at your own risk.
